Purposes and legal basis of data processing
Your personal data is processed in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency for the performance of obligations arising from existing contract / pre-contractual agreement or during stipulation thereof, including payments, and for the fulfillment
of legal obligations arising from civil, tax, accounting regulations, to allow effective administrative management and resulting financial and commercial relationship purposes, as well as for customer and supplier relationship activities in the performance of the contractual / pre-contractual relation.
The legal basis for data processing concerns the performance of a contract, where the data subject acts as a party, or the performance of pre-contractual measures, as well as the fulfillment of legal obligations.
Personal data recipients
Processing of your personal data will be carried out by our in-company personnel duly authorized and, on our behalf, by third party subjects formally appointed by us as Data Processors.

Personal data mandatory /optional provision
The provision of your personal data is mandatory for the management of contractual / pre-contractual relations; therefore, failure to communicate or incomplete provision of your personal data will prevent contractual relations from being established.
Data retention period
Your personal data shall be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.
It may also be retained even after relationship termination for all the time necessary to cancel any obligations deriving from the contract and to perform any relevant fulfilment required by current legislation.

Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority
Should you deem the processing of your personal data not to be compliant with Regulation 679/2016, then you shall be entitled to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
